Considering how frequently they're curled up on top of each other, it's surprisingly difficult to photograph Leif and Aiobe together. I keep putting off updating the blog because I keep missing the shot.
I love that photo! Is that Aiobe on the bottom of the heap? You are correct about the pronunciation of Aiobe. She was named after her mother, Niobe II. Her name had to start with an "A" and that's as close as we could get. Aiobe was such a wonderful puppy when she was very little. It's nice to hear how well she is doing now that she's a big girl.

you've had some interesting names!
how do you pronounce "leif" and "aiobe"?
my guess was always "leaf" and "i-o-b"
Hi Puppyraiser,
You're exactly right--I've always pronounced Leif and Aiobe "Leaf" and "I-O-B."

Aiobe is the one on top. Leif's back is her favorite pillow.
